They left my $850 snowblower at the end of my 200' driveway for 8 hours in the pouring rain for anyone to drive by and pick up. Not even a knock on the door to notify me it was there. I immediately called home depot to have them pick it up. I'm not doing business with any company that uses estes shipping.

I was having a difficult time with a company that was supposed to honor and arrange a return for an item I had purchased. Jennifer helped me through the process (which the company I was dealing with could/would not follow simple instructions given to them). With Jennifer's help, the package was secured and safely on its way back to where it needs to go. Kudos also to the driver who picked up the package and kept me posted on his progress. Thank you for going above and beyond and reducing the stress I was feeling.

The shipment came in Tuesday, a delivery was set up for Thursday between 10am and 2pm, The truck was on the driveway at 9:20. The delivery person was friendly, professional and very accommodating! Thank you!
