EXTREMELY helpful! Had an issue with a drop off in another state after picking a truck up at this location. Employee, Cassie, had given me her number and offered to take care of the problem personally if needed. Luckily the issue was solved, but very friendly staff who really helped take the pressure off an already stressful cross country move! Above and beyond :)
