      Hey Scott Fisher your company is a joke, and are incapable of delivering my package in Colorado. No communication, and really no answers. You should put your email on your website. I assure you it will be full within 24-48 hours. The answer I’ve been getting the past 2 weeks. If your ordered an item and you see it’s being shipped EFW. Just cancel it and save your time.

      Very frustrating. No emails sent beside the first one and the updates take forever to appear. It's been two weeks since I placed my order and I still have not received it. Customer service is no help either they just tell me the delivery driver will contact me for delivery dates. It's been in my city for 5 days now and I have yet to be contacted, even though when I placed the order I was told I would not have to be contacted besides being updated that it was delivered. Ups was able to get the rest of my shipment to me within two days of it being ordered, so why is it taking over 2 weeks to get this one piece of furniture delivered? I was told it would only take 2-5 business days.

      I have had the most exasperating experience with this company. I ordered an expensive item and was promised by the store that it would be delivered prior to Christmas. It did not come. I understand that there have been delays due to Covid-19, etc... but my frustrating story goes way beyond this. I have been repeatedly told that it will be delivered the next day and it never shows. My husband and I, even my kids, have taken numerous days off work to be there when it arrives, but it never does. When I contact EFW, no one can give me a straight answer on where it is exactly. I have spoken to a supervisor, but she is unable to give me any information, other than it is currently in my state. Every time I talk to someone at EFW I get a different answer. It is now January 19th and I still do not have my package. The supervisor no longer returns my emails and corporate is not responding either. When I use the tracking app, it stops at January 7th.....I will never order something that utilizes this transport company again. I am considering pressing charges. If I even had an inkling of an idea where my package might be, I'd go pick it up myself. Terrible, terrible experience.
