  After the truck was painted the colors do not match. When I asked about the color difference i was told that is normal. This is not normal. The colors could be matched.

  Eric Fellers is the best. He was very helpful in getting me in a new car. His customer service is superb, I emailed with a question not realizing how late it was in the evening…that didn’t matter to him because he got right back to me. Thank you so much Eric for all you do.

  I purchased a vehicle from a different dealership but they sent it to Estle for warranty work. It sat on their lot for over a month and was never even be brought in to be diagnosed. Whenever I called, the customer service was sub par and no one ever knew what was going on with my truck. Thank goodness, the dealership I purchased the truck from, took it to a different dealership and they were able to look at it within an hour and get it fixed. I have worked on a service drive, and I cannot begin to understand how you can let a truck sit there for a month with no attempt to diagnose. I have no idea of the quality of work they do but I would have a hard time trusting them...
