  The team in the store is great, but I will not be back to buy things. I had purchased 2 appliances to be delivered I was given a 12 hour window to be at the property when I called to determine the time window since I had not been called. I was given 15 minutes to be at a property, I asked for more time and they said we can't and left. The manager when I called and informed her didn't seem like she was going to let the higher ups know they have a problem with this company.

  Storm, Defiance, Oh ( Lowe’s ) was very helpful! Very knowledgeable about paint. He has a really good personality very funny and sweet! I highly recommend him for any help

  Bought an $800.00 deep freeze on Labor Day week end. It was branded as a Kenmore. It failed within 60 days. We lost part of a side of beef along with other frozen foods. Have purchased many appliances over the years at Lowes in Defiance. We purchased the extended warranty @ $99.00 as well. I have spoken with the store manager and spent nearly 2 hrs in the phone with their warranty dept. I have only received lots of passing the buck and advised to call other toll free numbers. We are extremely Disappointed in the Lowes service at this point. I have given up and will no longer shop Lowes. Ive tried to get them to make this right but cannot seem to get anywhere.
