  I used Exela mover in the summer and they we’re great! I would use them again for another move. The quote I was given was very close to the actual price which is always a piece of mind when moving. All of the movers were very professional to and took good care of my furniture. Customer service was also very good, always getting back to me in a timely manner with any questions I had.

  I hired Exela to pack me and move me from a large modern apartment building to a 19th Century brownstone. The prices were reasonable and came very close to the estimate - under on packing and slightly over on moving, but that was after we added an extra mover. All of my items made it safely to my new place without anything breaking, and they got everything into the new place with no damage. The team was professional, hard working and friendly.

  These guys are awesome. We had a lot to throw at them - seven years' worth of accumulated stuff, a separate appointment just to pack, and an interstate move. The crew was highly professional and adaptive, and the foreman communicated well and was fun to work with. (Final Fantasy fans know it's a good sign when your foreman's name is Sabin.) They were more than ready for all the idiosyncrasies that come with the Boston area like walk-up apartments, tight corners, and funky street parking. Throughout the move I was sending photos of the truck packed with padded furniture to my family, and they were impressed at how professional everything looked. 100% of the kitchenware and fragile decorations they packed made it over safely. Extra props to the guys for helping figure out how to get the couch we were disposing of through our tight stairwell. If hiring Exela, or any other moving company, please make sure to provide bottled waters for the crew and consider snacks and a meal as well.
