  I moved with Lexel about 6 months ago, only getting to write this review now. I found the movers to be extremely unprofessional and that they delivered poor services. Most significant things of note: 1. During the height of the pandemic, the movers did not even attempt to wear masks. I understand it is difficult to wear a mask during heavy labor, but the movers walked right into my apartment without a mask on; 2. When the movers informed my they cleared out my entire apartment, I did a final check, and found at an immediate glance about 10 items (including packaged boxes) still remaining in the apartment - at that point the movers had already left and I had to carry those items in my car; 3. The movers broke several of my items, totaling a value of more than 600 dollars. When I tried to get reimbursement, I was told that the items were reimbursed on a weight basis, meaning I would get back less than 10 dollars for the broken items. Overall the movers were very rough and careless with my furniture, leaving many scrapes and scratches on surfaces, in addition to the broken items.

  By far the best experience we have had with a moving company. From the first phone call to the final box landed in our new home, we enjoyed doing business with Lexel. The crew lead even called us in the morning to give an ETA on their arrival. Our furniture was handled with care and the guys were all very pleasant.

  Lexel moving provided superior service in my last-minute move from Boston to NYC. Carlos and his team showed up on time and cleared my apartment within an hour, particularly impressive given the narrow staircase leading to my third-floor apartment. I was amazed. Carlos was helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and all-around excellent from start to finish. I could not have asked for better — my expectations were exceeded by every measure. I am so grateful for the hard work of all members of the team.
