I have only been there a little over a month and I can NEVER get them to return any of my calls nor is the office open when I want to go in. Other than those issues I like this place. I feel that my belongings are safe and secure.

The storage place is secured with security cameras as well as on site staff that is reliable and trust worthy I have 2 units and feel safe to leave my things there

I have had this storage for 6 months now and I am going through a financial issue due to covid loss of job and it's been maybe two weeks i haven't been able to pay I tried to work out a payment plan my kids birth certificates and hospital stuff is in the storage and I'm gonna loose it I have never been late before either and I honestly thought they would work with me and understand but no not even a little bit of compassion 🤦🏻♀️
