  This storage space is clean and easy to access. It has a covered parking area where you can drive right up to the elevator doors. They have carts that you can use to move.your stuff from vehicle to unit. Everything is well lit and safe. I have been very happy with the experience. I received a notification that my rent increased by 70% and unfortunately will need to move out. I may have missed some fine print, but all I saw was that rental rates may change. I would not have guessed a 70% hike. Having worked with two other companies in the past (Public Storage and Simply Storage), I would not have expected this. If you can afford double the price you are quoted, I would highly recommend this location. They have been my best experience so far aside from the price hike and having to find somewhere new.

  It's a secure, well lit & clean facility. The staff is very nice and quite helpful. Once my daughter thought she'd secured our unit, but had not and one of the staff called to let me know our unit was not secure, indicating that they patrol the facility and check to make sure the units are secured and your belongings are safe. I sincerely appreciated that. The cost has increased 2x since I obtained the unit in Sept 2020, which is the only (-) for me. Overall, it's a great facility with a great staff in a great location.

  We had a great experience with the Midlothian Virginia location. We dealt with Marshall moving in and William moving out. Both were very professional and detailed. It was a very easy transaction and the extra space was awesome to have during our move. I will definitely use this company again in the future due to their great customer service.
