  First, it really is climate controlled. Place is kept pretty clean. The biggest plus is Jennifer in the office. Jennifer is one of those people who does her best to make things easy. And they were. She signed me up for the unit, helped us transition, and made leaving as smooth as silk. She’s a gem

  This is a beautiful facility and so clean you can eat off the floor. I was quite impressed. Make sure you purchase insurance to protect your contents as most if not all homeowners policies DO NOT cover your contents off premises. It is well worth the peace of mind. The staff is knowledgeable as well as courteous. There is only one thing missing: the only bathroom is in the office so if you are using the facility after office hours there is no access to a bathroom. As we were unloading there was a lady who needed the bathroom but because the office was closed the poor thing had to find a gas station. A bathroom should be accessible in the storage unit hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

  Great staff! I had an incident where I didn’t place the lock on my storage unit correctly before leaving for a vacation trip, and was notified by a staff member the next day, so they locked my storage unit correctly and I had no worries while away.
