Customer service has been without question the absolute best I've experienced in a long time! Mark has made sure that everything has been smooth. He has such a positive attitude & makes sure that the customer is satisfied. I highly recommend this place if you need storage. Rates are also very competitive. I won't lease storage from anywhere else, when needed, from here on.

I have been using this facility for over three years now while living abroad. They have been very helpful and responsive even by email for anything that arises. I recently asked to combine all my units into one bill for ease of payment and tracking. Mark reached out to me to explain the brief process and complete it with ease. It sure is appreciated to have the responsiveness and knowing my items are in good hands!

I logged into rent (upgrade) my unit from 5x10 to a 10x10. It was relatively easy. After I completed the online work, I called the office to make sure it went through. Ruby, the office worker, was fantastic. She told me everything was great and she marked on the account that I would be moving out of the other unit next week. She even met me at the unit to see that everything was in perfect order. She was kind and friendly. Great place and friendly staff.
