This is the place you want to go. Yesterday, I went to this U-Haul location and was taken care of by "Karie," I believe. My intent was to rent a trailer for a one-way job of hauling a grand piano. Professional piano movers met me at an Edmond residence and they quickly observed that the U-haul trailer would NOT work as I had hoped. About four hours had passed when I learned this rather important detail. I returned to the U-haul store expecting to pay at least a full day's rent for "local" stuff. Instead, Karie gave me a full refund. What? I couldn't believe it! She was under no obligation to do such, and rightfully could have charged me at least one day's rent but she didn't. This level of gracious service is a bit rare. I attempted to express my thanks to Karie by offering her and her crew $20.00 to buy a pizza, but she would not accept it. Total savings? $250.00 Finally, I asked Karie if I could write a review. "I'll accept that," she said. I will definitely tell my friends about my experience with these fine employees. They represented their store and brand in an exceptional manner. Thank you Karie and crew. Dale

I received a warm welcome with a big smile as soon I walked into this location. Kevin checked us in quickly and the equipment was ready to go, which was great because I was in a rush. When I returned the equipment the next morning at 7am, Tierra was ready to check me. She was cheerful and helpful, which was nice considering that it was raining. I will use this location again. The convenience of being able to drop it off so early was great and the personal service was the icing on the cake.

Noah and Nate hooked it up! I showed up (like an A-hole) right at closing time and they stayed 30 mins after helping me and never complained once. 5-star customer service
