  Being the first time I have ever rented. I chose this place.I read the reviews and was happy to see a lot of positive ones. an employee, I believe his name was Frank or Mike, anyway- it was pouring down rain and he saw me and before I knew it, he was at my door with an umbrella, he welcomed me with a great big smile, and used it to cover me till we got inside. Then after about 30 minutes, he took me to show me a space inside, it was clean, just the right size and the gentleman was so patient with me and convinced me that his place was clean, safe, and was perfect for my storage needs. Thank You for hiring and training such a perfect gentleman. I will rent here again and tell everyone of my friends and family. A+ service in my book

  At first it was a great deal and was so happy with them that I suggested them to several people. But after being with them for awhile they increased my rent from $70 to $130. I called and they adjusted it to $100+$11.00 for insurance which I didn't need. Just yesterday I got a notice that they were raising my rent again to $175+. I thought this was a great place. It was always very clean and the staff was always very friendly and helpful, but there's no way I'm going to pay that much for storage. That's quite a big jump in rent!!!!

  I am new to the area, I needed a couple storage units. I stopped in and spoke with a Frank, the property manager. What a wonderful experience I was so impressed with his smile, demeanor and how clean the office was. He took his time and explained everything to me, showed me one unit that he assured me would be big enough, and it was. This is a great place and great people.
