  This is the best storage facility I’ve used by far. The manager, Kristina Scott, is always kind, courteous and accommodating. I’ve been using this facility for over 4 years now and can’t say that I have any complaints. The store is always clean and feels safe. I was unable to access my storage for a brief time due to an issue that was out of mine or Kristina’s control, and I never had to ask for any accommodations. Kristina was very apologetic and offered me a discount on my next month’s fees. Great peace to do business and store your valuables!

  Normally I would be very unhappy considering the rate hike 5 months after getting a solid deal (something ExtraSpace likes to keep quiet about) however Kristina made adjustments to my account, and offered new storage solutions to not only minimize my monthly cost every month but went ABOVE AND BEYOND to streamline my paperwork so that I didn't have to travel to the store as I'm burdened with a million other important tasks. Grateful for Kristina, she truly is a lifesaver, and also a hero to the dog community rescuing over a 1,000 dogs! Thank you for being awesome! :))

  The staff here was very helpful at answering all of my questions for my up coming move. I will be back to rent here for sure just trying to down size first. But they did explain they have sizes that will fit everything I have now so I may just go take that offer now. Thank you again for the information sorry I didnt rent today but not having ID I think is a good reason.
