The staff at Extra Space Storage in Bluffton SC provided a very pleasant experience. I have rented a small unit for use while our house is being built , and had stopped by their facility to pick up a lock as well as familiarize myself with the location of my unit. Both Kayla and Misty were very accommodating, and personally explained everything that I needed to know, and even walked with me to my rental. The facility is neat, clean, well lit, and the price is very competitive with other storage businesses in the area.

The staff (Misty & Kayla I believe) consistently provides top notch customer service with thoughtful input and solutions-oriented options. Friendly and attentive, they make you feel like you are storing your belongings with family....maybe even better cause they will not borrow anything LOL! Thank you.
