  Keith and his crew of 5 guys moved us into our new home today! I was very impressed with how professional, courteous and strong these guys were! We definitely got the A-Team! I was specifically taken by the way they helped each other and never stopped working so hard until they were all done!! They worked as a strong team and should be commended! Very happy with all of them, just fantastic!! This crew is incredible!! They used Kidd gloves moving our baby grand piano too. Jake also called us from the office to be sure we were okay and if we needed anything. The pricing was very fair, excellent communication every step of the way. We highly recommend All My Sons in Bluffton!

  I recommend all my sons with full confidence to anyone in need! I contacted them with a short notice move and they provided me with an exceptional team - thanks Gilbert, Mark and David. The movers showed up and practically got right to work they were polite the entire time even engaged with my toddler that was definitely in their way… I also have nothing but great things to say about their management team - I had concerns about my final statement and the manager I worked with definitely put in the extra effort to assure that I was satisfied and fully understood everything. Again great job I have no complaints from start to finish with the service they provide!

  So, for my move they sent two guys who were training and one guy who was training them, which I think is why it took so long and cost me so much more. From a small one bedroom to a small one bedroom, with a small amount of things and everything packed neatly, my move took about 5 hours and totaled to almost $900. (Keep in mind, the two locations were only five minutes from each other, and it took them from 10am-2pm just to load my stuff onto the truck. Also they arrived 2 hours late.) From what I understand, that’s not normal. A few years ago, I hired All My Sons for a considerably more difficult move (a 4 floor walkup) and it cost less than the amount that this easy move cost me. That time, though, the movers clearly knew what they were doing. The one trainer, Gilbert, was a really great guy. He was very kind, told me all about his daughters, and even repaired some of my damaged furniture while he moved it. I could tell he was getting frustrated with the two guys who were training, and honestly I was too. They weren’t listening to directions from Gilbert, and they weren’t listening to me when I was telling them where to place things, and at one point I caught one of them swinging a box full of my grandmother’s dishes by one handle (a box that was clearly marked with what was inside and said FRAGILE). Luckily, I don’t think anything broke (but we’ll see, I still haven’t finished unpacking). I’m not entirely happy with the fact that I paid full price for three skilled laborers, only for All My Sons to send two complete novices who turned what should have been an easy move into a five+ hour training ordeal. I like All My Sons, I’ve moved with them in the past, but someone at dispatch screwed up on this particular move, and I ended up having to pay more than I budgeted for.
