  I have had the most wonderful experience with this company. You get professional service. The staff are reliable, courteous, friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean and quite safe. I will not hesitate to recommend this facility to relatives and friends. Look for Josh - he will help you and answer all your questions. One thing I’d like to request is if the management could put up signs or directions as to the locations of Unit numbers. Currently it is so hard to find your own Unit, you feel like you’re in a maze!

  I never even write reviews but am doing so now so no one else is mislead by all the positive ones the way I was. If I could give zero stars I would. I spent an entire day moving my things into a storage unit here just for them to raise the price by an entire $80 after only 8 WEEKS. This brought my bill from $157 to $257 for the second smallest unit size they have available. I was initially told the price could go up after a 6 month period (annoying, but more understandable). that was clearly a lie. it is clear that they scam you by advertising one price just to get you through the door and then change it as soon as you’re in. They’re banking on you not willing to put in the time, effort and money you just put in AGAIN to get your stuff out and go somewhere more respectable and reasonable. Well, jokes on them because I terminated my contract with them immediately. Aside from the price being ridiculous for such a small unit, continuing services with them is not worth it based on principal alone. If it’s 80 more dollars after only 2 months, who knows what I would be paying by the end of the year. BEWARE!

  As a potential customer, I was referred to the storage facility by one of my friends. However, he informed me that the web discount rate only applied for a couple months. His rent drastically increased by over 40% in a three months. I am taking my business elsewhere. Do your research!
