  Clean storage. Pricey. Management could be more polite. UPDATE: conclusion. They will "adjust your rate" to market value with little notice. In 30 days my rate went up about $100, although the website price is the same as when i signed. Do not plan on storing here long term. They will take advantage. Brought them down to 1 star. Typical business form for this modern Era

  What a great experience. When I tell you these folks take customer service to a whole new level, I mean it. The GM and employee Cass were extremely pleasant to work with. I definitely would recommend. I just wanna take a moment to thank the gm I can’t remember his name but if I had a company I would hire you without a doubt. You’ve set an example of how to conduct business and put the customer first. Kuddos to you both

  Please give Rachel a raise!! I called her like 5 times to ask how to get my gate code, how to unlock the unit, how to lock it back, the works. She was so kind and walked me through the whole process. Thanks!
