  I have been meaning to review this place. Never AGAIN!!! The first incident was when I first moved my stuff there I returned to find a random lock on my unit and someone had went through my things! They even tried to charge ME a fee to remove a lock that I did not place there! I am a single mother and was going through a rough patch and this place auctioned my unit like it was nothing. My whole life was in there. All of my children’s photos, birth certificates, social security cards, clothes, etc. I am a tax preparer and had confidential IRS docs and files in there as well which means my clients’ social security numbers and personal information are floating around somewhere. Not to mention, I was also paying to help out another family member’s unit because they were ill in the hospital for a period of time. I was out of the area and NEVER able to pay online so I had to find a way to pay in person EVERY time. I was in touch with them when I got behind but that didn’t matter. You would think they would have some kind of compassion as my stuff was there well over a year and I paid LOTS of money due to the ridiculous late fees that actually changed after I signed the contract! I begged them to contact the person who purchased my unit and was willing to pay to get some of my stuff back but they wouldn’t. The person left a couple of framed baby photos of my children and my framed college degrees but that was all. This happened in December and I’m still crying. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever again. They do not care!!!

  The manager was very friendly and thorough with helping me get my unit. I didn't feel the need to question anything after I left. The deal I got was amazing and the prices are very reasonable. I definitely recommend this place to anyone!

  Rented this place for a short time to do some wood working, ebay, and homeless ministry. Spent about 18 hours a day there because i was working hard to get caught up on back orders and got accused of living there because we had food there. Last time i checked most businesses have food somewhere on the property because people have to eat at work. Manager came and gave us 24 hours to get out he was very unprofessional in his Communications and body language. He did work with us and gave us a few days to get out but i still feel we were treated unfairly and accused without any proof of anything. I asked about deposit and he said it would take 10 days but i didnt really trust that either so i just let them clean it up and keep deposit. Overall the place was worth the price i always liked Storage Zone but this new manager Greg is definitely not manager material. Ive managed many companies and i have a degree in business and i for one can tell you he has no management skills whatsoever.
