  My family and I are moving to Alabama and we used Extra Space Storage for our belongings given the business relationship they had with our movers. We were helped by the manager, Christian Bristol, who gave us excellent customer service throughout the entire process. We ultimately didn’t need the storage since we were able to move sooner than originally expected. He was able to refund our money for the remainder of the first month’s rent of the storage unit. I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage for anyone needing storage assistance and wonderful customer experience.

  I checked out several different storage companies around the area, including multiple Extra Space locations. Across the board the Extra Space staff were the most friendly, helpful and accommodating. The reservation process was very quick, and when it came time to end my contract the staff did everything they could to make it easy and get me the most money back. Next time I need storage space, Extra Space is the only place I will go. Thanks!

  The place was very nice! The staff were very friendly and explained everything well. The process was super simple and was painless. I would definitely recommend everyone to use this location. They were awesome!!
