Don't count on them to have the truck you reserve. They overbook and don't let you know that your truck won't be there when you come to pick it up. Just waited in line for 25 minutes to find out that they don't have the truck we reserved. Helping someone move that has a 3-hour window of access, and now there are six or eight people there to help move and no truck.

Under staffed, prepare to wait. Waited for propane refill for 30 minutes. The guy that wasn't propane. & was super busy kept telling me just a couple more minutes. Once the guy that was on break finally decided to help him came out, he said they wasn't selling prooane.

U-Haul grossly under-quotes and is not transparent about the actual cost of using a truck. Was quoted $464 and was charged $525. It is one of the worst companies to deal with. A terrible necessitate evil in life.
