It all began with another Extra Space facility, a young lady that recommended this location since I need a climate controlled facility. She was patient and helpful. Josh from the Saw Mills Rd location called me not even an hour later and set me up to come in and let me know Tracey would be able to help me. I walk in with less than thirty minutes to closing time and Tracey was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. She took her time and showed me the space and was patient. The whole process was quick and painless and she was transparent with the fees and variability in prices. They made me feel like an individual and not a quota or number. So far so good and look forward to moving all my belongings soon! Thanks Extra Space!

Tracey at saw mill run location was very helpful with information and answered some questions right away. The facility was spotless .. Showed me my exact unit. Looks very secure well lit and seems like very accessible off of route 51. Overall very smooth experience. Would highly recommend 👍

The space is nice, accessible, and clean. The price is outrageous. My rent catapulted within two months. It is incredibly to pricey. Do yourself a favor, donate to salvation army. The amount of money you save will be well worth it.
