  The staff here are great! The place is always clean, however, I'm skeptical about referring Extra Space to anyone. My unit started out at $38.00 per month. I opted to use automatic pay, to make it all more simple. Approx 5 months later, I'm going through my bank statement, and find out they increased their price to $54.00 per month. Helluva jump, for a price increase. Well I'll be damned if they didn't do it again, now they're charging me $106.00 per month. All increases are without notice! But to go from $38.00 to $106.00 in 6 mth intervals is a bit much. I do believe I'll be looking elsewhere for a storage unit. I'm kinda scared what their next price jump will be. Id like to thank the staff for everything. Y'all were the upside to this downward spiral of an event!!

  No surprises. Courtesy and product knowledge above average. Easy sign up, made us feel comfortable right away. Clean, neat, and well lit. Thanks Update! We have needed additional space and have found the ongoing upgrade to the facility impressive. We are most impressed with our new on site representative. Thanks Ms. Ball! Update! February 2022 finally finished the move. The entire experience was just like the check in. Thanks to the new site manager, we were in the loop. Questions and concerns were addressed post haste. Thanks again
