  The experience was easy, the facility is new and clean. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my storage needs, they were flexible if my storage needs varied. The rates were reasonable. Erik was exceptionally helpful.

  Brand new, spotless facility. Allie, the store manager was amazing — personable, professional, very knowledgeable and just super easy to deal with. She helped us choose the right storage space for our needs and made the whole sign-up process a breeze.

  This is my first time ever leasing a storage unit and when i decide to look for one on google in the west nyack area, Extra Storage popped up first with 5 star rating. seeing that attracted me immediately, i showed up and Allie Fogerty assisted me right away. i was very pleased and impressed on how professional and courteous she presented herself. while Allie was preparing my storage lease she took a moment to take me on a tour of the storage facility to show me where my storage unit was going to be located and let me tell you this place is upright, while we walk around the facility I've notice on how clean and spotless this place is, even the restrooms where immaculately clean. I would strongly give recommendation for people to lease a storage unit here.
