  This facility is definitely a 5 star. Very clean and safe. We did not experience any problems. D’Pring, the manager is wonderful to work with. She is business and kind. Would definitely recommend for your storage needs!!!

  They were amazing! I was able to easily book my unit over the phone and got the first month free!!! I got lost finding it and then broke the lock they also threw in for free. It was a nice lock. Oops. I went into the office and spoke with the manager D’pring and was guided to my unit and they replaced the lock that I probably broke 😂. Great storage option for anything you need.

  My response to Extra Space Reply: By “forcing” me to look elsewhere, I was not implying that I could not afford the rent increase. I refuse to pay the ransom and thus forced to look for other accommodations. I am frustrated that my loyalty and on-time payments mean nothing and that you would rather take your chances with a new customer. As for calling your office, I did prior to writing my original review. The woman was very nice, but told me it was a case of supply and demand and there was nothing she could so. I mentioned to her that there was a similar unit for $187 online. ( My price is $251) She said that was for “new” customers and as a current customer, I would not qualify. I really don’t get it. I would have been happy to pay a reasonable increase and have paid gladly in the past. I fully understand and appreciate that there is a rising cost of doing business. This (almost) 50% increase of $80 is more along the lines of extortion and I will not be victim of that. Original Post: Any one else get a rate increase notification this week? My rent is going from $171 to $251 in a month. I understand that there will be increases, but $80? The sad thing is that the people are great and facilities clean, but the rate hike is forcing me out. They really are doing customers dirty!
