The owner was very nice and polite! We had just been to a different uhaul in Soquel who screwed us over and yelled at us. It was a much more pleasant experience here and he sincerely apologized for the guy down the street and did his best to get us the same size truck we originally reserved at the other place. It’s amazing the difference in customer service. I had been here before and had great service, and now will only go here for future moving needs!

I needed a van for a vintage tiki bar I scored off of Craig’s list and I needed it fast. These guys had 4 ready to go and just told me to head down. I’m no time they had the paper work complete and I had a dope van 🚐 for a day to cruise up to Alameda island and back. The van worked flawlessly and was very economical. I bought the insurance bay use you never know when something g will happen to you on the highways. Luckily nothing did happen except because without a reservation I was able to snag a last second deal and make the round trip looking fly with the dice 🎲 in the mirror. Thank you U-Haul!
