  All, I definitely recommend this location for Extra Space Storage! Michelle was very helpful and patient with me as I attempted to both rent my space online and then have to change spaces not once but twice, after I arrived! She is very professional, personable, prompt and pleasant to work with!!! The facility is new, well kept and organized. I am happy that I chose this company and this particular location (it isn’t the closest to my home, but it is the best choice) because the closest place wasn’t the nicest (service level) and her service, professionalism and personality sold the location! Thank you Michelle, for your help and great customer service!

  The customer service experience was phenomenal. Michelle and Ms Olga were informative and helpful in our selection on an unit. They were attentive to our needs and friendly as well. If you are looking for awesome customer service with reasonable rates go to Extra Storage in Snellville.

  If you need and want a storage place that not only is clean & VERY secure for all your belongings, but that also has the absolute BEST customer service, then this is the place for you! I’m not sure if this reviews the entire franchise with all its locations, but I’m personally using their Snellville GA location. The Snellville site mgr Michelle is VERY sweet, professional, empathetic and will work with whatever your needs are, or if you have emergencies or need to make billing changes immediately, she’s got you! I’ve been renting from them for almost a year and have had ZERO problems. Best decision I ever made for storing my belongings.:))
