  Antonio was a pleasure to work with, I was having trouble finding out what Unit size would fit all my belongings and he made the process so effortless. He was very professional and patient. I would highly recommend anyone looking to get the storage needs meet. To Get at your boy.

  The property Manager Sonara Brown was very very rude and cussed me out after I had paid for the unit. I've called Corporate HQ 3 times about her in less than 2 weeks. She had stickers on my locks covering the key holes and she put a lock-out tab on my unit 3 days after I rented it.i have 2 titanium locks on it. Bolt cutters can't cut titanium. They fall under the landlord tenant laws of North Carolina. I called the Police. They took pictures. They can't tamper with your locks. It's considered criminal attempted Breaking and Entering and Damage to personal property. The GM needs to be fired. She may still be prosecuted. She is a trouble maker. Their Regoional Manager refuses to call me to discuss it.i will be contacting the owner I'm Utah. I'm tired of them ignoring me.
