  Fallon has been amazing! She took me through every step of the process and was beyond helpful!! Prices were reasonable compared to other options, and they have been very honest and patient with me while I got everything set up!

  Ive been a customer for a couple of years and have had no complaints. Service has always been friendly and helpful. I did have an issue that was resolved by an employee named Chris. His response and correction of the matter exceeded my expectations.

  THIS location is THE BEST storage facility that I EVER worked with! Fallon, the manager is such a professional and so sweet! From moving in, to answering my questions, to even helping me jumpstart my car when it went dead just before closing. We had a small hiccup one day and I called her to talk about it, she explained what could be done and I went about my day, with my concerns resolved. She went above and beyond to provide amazing customer service & showed she simply cared. Look, if you EVER NEED a Storage Place to Go to, even for the short term go here!!! I don’t know about any of the other locations but THIS Location will be my go to for my storage needs. Extra space corporate, make her a regional director or something in customer care training for your company because her customer care WILL most definitely elevate your revenue!!!!! Thanks Fallon for Everything! ☺️
