Terrible service . Rented a truck and trailer to move some items about 20 miles to the location and 20 miles back . So was expecting to pay about 80 dollars total. We returned the truck and they said we went 183 miles in 2.5 hours so they doubled the rate and charged us 160. When I went inside to dispute this, I was told I can’t prove it so they won’t do anything. She was very rude and not helpful to any solution. Apparently before we left the lot we were to receive a text telling us to take pictures to protect ourselves . Never received any text. So I told the lady at the desk I will call their 800 number . Upon talking to customer service even that lady was confused on how it even made sense that we could do that mileage in short time not including loading and unloading . She was very accommodating and submitted a complaint for me and said the manager will investigate .Will never rent from uhaul on Roosevelt again. Very shady and not helpful. BEWARE Manager investigated and actually refunded the money rightfully so. Overalll location was poor service but the customer service through the 800 number was A plus.

Reserved a car trailer online and when I came to pick it up, they had given it away and offered a tow dolly instead which isn’t going to work for what I needed. No point in reserving online if they can just give what you reserved away anyway.
