  MICE RUINED MY BELONGINGS BECAUSE SOMEONE STORED FOOD IN A UNIT, A FEW UNITS DOWN from mine!!!! Do not rent a unit from this place. I had my household belongings stored in a unit (rented a unit for about 2 1/2 years) inside the building to better secure it. I knew better to not store food of any kind (even non perishable food). Someone else did not. I went to retrieve my belongings 9/2021 to find out that MICE had chewed into my boxes, and bags of clothes to built nests. My clothes had to be thrown away, either because they had holes in them from the mice chewing their way through or they reeked of MICE URINE!! My books were ruined. After I cleared out my unit, I found mice droppings scattered on the ground. Mice had been lured into the building because someone had stored food in their unit a few units away from mine. Not to mention the price had been increased several times while I was renting.

  Clean building, friendly staff, secure buildings. This is the second time using this place. Never any issues. Grounds are kept clean. Easy registration online and can go in office to get the info necessary to enter the secured areas. Offers boxes, tape and other things to purchase if you need them. Price is relatively the same as other local storage units.

  Corporate Policies: Beware Facility: Clean as these places go Onsite staff: Excellent There is no offer for a long-term contract to lock in your rent. My rent was raised twice within the first six months. I have a larger unit so it's not feasible to rent a truck and move it all to another location. The best offer they could make was to pay 12 months in advance for a token reduction in the overall total twice-jacked monthly rate. Suggestion to management: put yourself in the place of your customer. How would you want to be treated if you knew you were going to have to store your entire household contents for at least 18 months? I doubt you'd like it any better than I do. If you only need a couple of months storage I could honestly recommend this facility in good conscience. For longer I think you have to plan to have your monthly outlay increased regularly. Follow up: After posting my review I see someone from corporate responded to all of the ones mentioning constant price increases to "call the facility." I did call the facility and they said they had no control over prices. I had to push hard to get a corporate number to get even the poor offer of 12 months in advance. To whoever is responding to these reviews, you are not being honest with how to address the issue.
