  I've been with ExtraSpace off 815 LaSalle since 2018 and I've had nothing but a good experience and relationship with them. Communication with them has always been prompt and the times that I've come into the office has always been positive ones. Especially today with Zawadi, the Assistant Store Manager, warm and welcoming... like chatting with an old friend! The until themselves are climate controlled, well lit inside, various sizes to suit your needs, and lots of push carts to haul your stuff to and from your car. Controlled access, (got to punch in your code to enter), and there's an elevator inside as well for units on the upper floor. All my stuff is still intact and in good condition. Satisfied customer here.

  Staff were friendly and helpful, building is clean and secure. I've had my stuff stored in here for several years without issue, and access was easy whenever I needed.
