  Let me start by saying that uhaul does not inspect there trucks at all. I rented a truck on New Year’s Day and had to bring it back within 15 mins because the driver mirror was swinging back and forth while I would drive totally a hazard , and I was a bit aggravated because I had already put gas in it. So upon returning the uhaul to pick up a different one the battery goes dead after filling it up and returning it the next day. It was 10 degrees and haling stuck in a dead cold uhaul . Uhaul customer service didn’t even show any gratitude towards what I have going through with there faulty units. I called this location and a guy was rude threated me about a abandonment fee if I leave the car and go find some place warm , also said it would be up to customer service weather they won’t charge me a extra day due to the truck not being back on time. First of all, this location is super slow and none of the employees make you feel welcome to rent anything. You charge a ridiculous price for mileage , when did uhaul become so expensive, for the hassle of the rentals it is not worth it.

  Overcharged me on a trailer after telling me I could bring it back in the morning. I brought it back first thing in the morning and nobody even mentioned extra charges. Then the receipt comes through email and I'm overcharged a day. Now they don't answer the phone and I just get passed on to the broader uhaul call center. Every call I end up on hold for 20 minutes with no progress toward talking to someone. One time the Colisem locatio answered and said they would call back after working though other customers. No call after 2 hours. I write this review as I am back on hold with the call center. Rent from somewhere else. ***EDIT - Ultimately the overcharge was refunded. I am still disappointed in the incident in the first place and the hassle it took to get in touch with someone to make it happen.

  Everything went ok at that location for me until I made a reservation to get my belongings from the storage. Before that, only one of the younger staff, a guy, was the only one who would go above and beyond. He is usually very friendly and cares about helping . One man from the repair shop nextt to the main desk was very helpful. The rest... They are Meh.. very Meh... And I'm being generous. The evening crew was a lot nicer. But here's why I give this location one star After making plans with the Uhaul staff, I find out, at the pickup location which was also the storage location at the coliseum, that the 20feet truck I made plans to pick up on the 6th weeks in advance, was not there. In fact there wasn't a single 20feet truck in that location and that I, the customer should get a 30 minute Lyft ride to a different to get the truck they have over there, all while the helpers I hired to do the move were waiting at the coliseum location on the clock, doing nothing. Everyone hot-potatoed my rental and no one could help me and I was left to deal with it on my own while even the manager was there and all she said was well if there's no truck, there's no truck. It would have been fine if I did not fly that day from Texas, had a car and did not already have the movers on the clock for the past hour. They really dropped the ball on that one and no one took any accountability for it. Just peachy day... Glad I won't have to deal with them again.
