Had my reservation reserved since January. Three months later they tell me they don’t have what I asked for and I would have to pay more for a bigger vehicle. We had this planned way in advance and they didn’t even give us at least a 48-72 hour notice. Thus ruined our planned trip and they didn’t even try and work with us. They showed little concern for our situation. Do not do business with this place. Ruined trip!

Door says they open at 0800 Mon-Fri but actually they open at 0900 for some reason. Then we get there at 0900 and she is talking to someone about their inventory for 20 minutes before even trying to help us get our car. Didn't even say sorry for the wait or anything, she was just rude. My husband had a long road trip ahead of him so having to wait for them to get it together after they were open was ridiculous. We will use another company next time.
