  This was by far the best moving company we have had. The movers were prompt personable and were very experienced in packing. They worked fast and did not try to extent the time to get more money. The move took the three hour minimum and no money was requested until after the move was completed. I would highly recommend this company.

  This place is a step above other moving companies by far. I needed a "just the furniture" move across town, and everyone exceeded my expectations and even my best case scenario hopes. It's taken me a few weeks to get settled in at my new place, but I wanted to sit down and take the time to give Greg and his people a solid, detailed review because they deserve every bit of it. It's hard to pick a good moving company on reviews alone because moving is so stressful, and there are certain, ah... personalities who will run themselves down to the wire and then no matter how good the service is, they'll lash out and nickel and dime every little thing. Hopefully my review will help others feel at ease that this is a great, trustworthy company! To start off, the number one reason I chose this place was Greg's dedication to responding to negative reviews with an invitation to call and a promise to personally make it right. How many other businesses have that level of authenticity and accountability? Not only did this guesture reassure me that I was unlikely to have any legitimate problems, but I also felt encouraged to reach out to ask necessary questions and confirm details. ("Hey Greg, I just filled out your online form. Can I double check that you have availability on the day I need? ... Oh great to hear, looking forward to your email!") Finally, I felt we were all starting off on the right foot with a baseline of trust and good expectations. It inspired me to prepare ahead of time and make sure I communicated effectively (lists, maps, any extra supplies such as felt furniture pads) I chose one more mover than I thought I needed, and they were all done faster than I expected and had moved a lot more furniture too. The movers themselves were very excellent. Trustworthy, polite, friendly, chill, responded well to changes and setbacks, and worked really well as a team. I would explain to any one of them what I needed done with any given aspect, and they communicated, delegated, and got it done! Regarding the setbacks, I had been really stressed about a significant finger injury three days before the move that prevented me from packing and organizing as much as I needed to, but with only a few modifications, everything important still got done, and they were patient and flexible the whole time. (Isaiah, Tyler, Bass, and Jeremy, thank you all for making this an easy, stress free experience!)

  The two movers were very nice and friendly. Both worked hard. The issue is the movers were set up for failure; wrong truck size and the back of the truck was a mess (which they decided to clean on my time). I paid for 2 movers and a 26' truck and they showed up with a 16' truck. When paying per hour the difference in truck size will result in multiple trips or leaving items behind and moving it yourself. In my case it resulted in fitting as much into a 16' truck as possible, leaving items behind because I wasn't paying for additional drive time because they decided to not bring the truck which was paid for and lastly it resulted in broken furniture. EDIT: I spoke to Greg the owner and he informed me that the issue with having a smaller truck was his mistake as they had trouble getting the 26' truck and he never intended for me to have to pay for the travel time of extra trips caused by the smaller truck. He stated that his workers should have informed me of this. Additionally, Greg has fully accepted the responsibility of the broken piece of furniture and has reimbursed me for the cost. Although there were the issues with the truck that resulted in a broken piece of furniture Greg maintains an honest business. I feel the lessons learned in regards to using a smaller truck is having a clear line of communications about the adjustments in cost (travel time). This is something Greg can easily fix and I believe he will. Overall I would give his company another try and would recommend the same to others.
