I rented a unit online and the process was very easy. I received my “gate” code via email and on move in day a lock was in my unit. Nice, clean, brand new facility, super easy to use. It’s a bit of a maze but once you figure it out it’s easy. Josh, the manager was very nice and helpful. I didn’t have to interact with the office at all. But I wanted to introduce myself and understand how the doors worked. It was pretty cool and painless. Hope the rest of my stay goes well too!

This particular extra space storage is both beautiful/clean and super safe. The customer service that I received from the manager, Josh, was excellent. Josh went above and beyond to meet my needs and show that my business was appreciated. I highly recommend this storage facility.

I highly recommend this Extra Space Storage location. Amazing Customer Service, Ultra Clean facility. Josh is awesome. He was so helpful in helping me switch my storage space to a more convenient spot. Thanks for help Josh it was greatly appreciated.
