  I had a one bedroom condo to move and no time to move it. I tried calling several local companies and was surprised at how few actually answered the phone. Those that did sounded empathetic, but couldn’t get me scheduled for two weeks. After two days of listening to how “your call is important to us” it became apparent that my small job and short move wasn’t worth their time. Then I called Rocklin Movers and good things started happening. The first thing was they listened. I told them my situation and they offered to help. I was given complete upfront pricing and after a brief hold, I was scheduled to be moved that same day. Five hours later, my furniture had been disassembled, wrapped, carefully moved and reassembled in my new house. I received a follow up phone call and was asked if the job was done to my satisfaction. Thanks to Rocklin Movers, I was able to show a potential buyer my condo that very same day.

  The movers were very efficient, quick to complete the task, hard workers, polite, engaging with us in a friendly manner, and careful with all of our items. They did come back from lunch later than an agreed upon time but I think that was just a miscalculation of how long it would take to drive from various points throughout the area. I would definitely use them again.

  Rocklin Movers was recommended by someone we know. They offered outstanding costumer service from the moment I called to get a quote. Kim provided all the information clearly and even walked me through the order form that needed to be filled out online. She followed up with a text message after my call. I called back a week later to ask if we could reschedule for an earlier date and luckily they had availability for the new date. The contract mentioned an arrival time between 9-10am. At 9:22am I got a call which I could not answer, and they immediately sent me a text to let me know they would be at my apartment by 10am. They got there right on time. Oleg and the other two guys were very careful. They provided all the materials, packed everything that was left (I hadn’t had the time to finish packing my closet and kitchen small appliances), disassembled our bed furniture and took everything to the new house. They asked us if they could take a lunch break, which we of coursed agreed with. They were very respectful, and even worked quietly, we were very impressed by that. They quickly downloaded everything from the truck and helped us put it where we wanted it. They reassembled our bed just perfectly. I had calculated 4 hours for this, but I had no idea how much stuff we had! Packing everything with such good care does take time… so in the end it took them 6 hours to complete the job (plus the 1-hour lunch break, which of course they don’t charge for). When moving our king size bed mattress out, they accidentally broke a lamp, which we thought it was almost inevitable, the ceiling of the apartment is very low. They said they would take $50 off the final cost, and they did. In the end, we checked the final numbers with Oleg and paid him in cash. We got a receipt and survey right at that moment. They even followed up with a call. The staff was friendly at all times, and that’s a very big plus! We definitely recommend Rocklin Movers.
