  We currently rent two spaces from this place and the facility is nice and I have no complaints. My major complaint is about the office woman and the fact that she wouldnt help my 70 yr old mother tonight. Its freezing cold, my mom weighs about 100lbs and had just waited 2 hours for AAA to come change a flat tire while she was at our storage space. The AAA guy drove away and she went to start her van and the battery was dead. She has cables. She went to the office and the woman there wouldnt help her. It takes 3 mins and a bit of kindness to jump someone so they arent stranded. I get it when strangers dont stop because you never know but when youre a business and you do know the person and shes an elderly lady freezing in the cold there is no excuse and youre wrong. If youre thinking about choosing this facility and ever have a bad luck day dont expect them to offer any help. I expect more of businesses especially in this area as most everyone is kind and helpful. I guess we just picked a bad spot. It really irks me the more I think about it though because who doesnt help an old lady in the freezing cold when the effort is so minimal and would mean so much to the person youre helping? Luckily, while I was on my way from Folsom another renter in the facility helped her so she didnt have to sit and freeze for 30 more minutes. Thank you very much to that man and his doberman. Like I said everyone in this area is usually friendly and helpful. If it wasnt so expensive and such a pain I would move our stuff out tomorrow. This lady is always out in her golf cart so I dont wanna hear she couldnt leave the office or some other lame excuse as a reply meant to make herself look less horrible. Its freezing, a week before Christmas and she is an old lady that needed help. There is no good excuse. I just spoke with my mom and Ashley is the office lady and she wouldnt even let her use the bathroom knowing all the trouble she was having and how long she had been waiting. There are a lot of good reviews about Ashley on here but I guess she picks and chooses who she is friendly too and my mom didnt make the cut. If common courtesy, basic human decency and good customer service at times you really need it matter to you go elsewhere.

  Friendly people in the office, amenities are clean and spacious. Best storage I've ever used.

  This storage facility has the best and most helpful people working there. We had a lot of stuff and they helped us find the best units to fit our needs on very short notice. When we realized we weren't going to fit in the one we rented they were working hard for us to find another one with close proximity that would effectively hold the remainder of our items. We needed help with our lock and they were right there. We needed U-Haul stuff and they gave us information regarding that. Our unit was clean and in great shape. I highly recommend this place to anyone!
