  I spoke with the manager, Jake, on several occasions. He was personable, courteous and did a good job selling us on this company/location. Our movers needed confirmation that their semi wouldn’t have issues making it inside the facility and Jake was happy to provide reassurance. He also went above and beyond to make sure our unit location was ideal for a truck of that size. The facility itself is brand new, clean and secure. We won’t be moving our things in for another few days but so far we are impressed.

  JAKE ( Manager) was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING during my rental process. He was PROFESSIONAL, CONSIDERATE and THOUGHTFUL!! He had my lock and other supplies I purchased waiting at the unit as soon as I arrived. The facility is brand new, well-lit and easy to navigate. Thank you JAKE for the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I received from you!! I will definitely recommend this facility to anyone I know needing storage!!

  I was having a terrible time moving and the gentleman in your store was very helpful and very friendly. He took care of everything I needed done. Above and beyond. Thank you guys for making my experience the best it could be. The only thing I can think to make this facility better is having a person you could reach after hours when you forget your gate code. Lol this happen and I needed to get something and I couldn’t reach anyone. Other then that perfect facility, great staff, very clean. I will definitely be recommending y’all
