Overall I had a good experience with U-haul. The reason for only 3 stars 🌟is regarding the mobile pickup when renting a truck. I rented a 26' truck for a move. When you pick up using the mobile app the software walks you through the process. One of the 1st steps you will need to do is verify the condition of the vehicle. For this purpose there are pictures of the vehicle that you can agree with or dispute by making notes & adding pictures within the application. Pictures were slow to upload in an area that has great phone signal/service. The pictures of the vehicle I rented were obviously very old because the vehicle looked new and NONE OF THE DAMAGE was in ANY OF THE PICTURES. I feel that Q2 should update the photos especially considering the lady that was working there stated that this vehicle was theirs and "we're very familiar with it". She was very polite and helpful but anyone that rents this vehicle could be charged for damage that has been there for a long time. Q2 why not update the photos and save your customers the time & inconvenience to dispute your documentation on the vehicle? This review is meant to help future customers and Q2; I hope it does.
