-30°F and the outside of our truck was "too dirty" so they wouldn't take it. Thankfully it warmed up enough to get it cleaned. Staff is either extremely rude or super sweet. Good luck.

Friend has to use this place to get his car transported because he is leaving. It is Thursday and they have denied him multiple times.... and he is literally leaving Saturday at 1am. These people really make it SUPER hard for you. Its so inconvenient and stressful.

After scheduling my appointment a week in advance I got a phone call from the VPC center stating that I will not be able to get my car today due to snow and that I will have to reschedule my appointment to pick up my car. I would have no problems with this except we are in the Arctic it snows up here how can a place be closed due to snow. Now I have to reschedule for Monday and pray that it doesn't snow on Monday because I have a appointment to get my car winterized on Tuesday which is cutting it close. If I do not get my car winterized on this day I will have to wait till the snow thaws out so that my car will start. This company has really inconvenience me and caused undue stress. I have to have my car so that I can make my car appointment on Tuesday and then get my CIF on Thursday. If I can not get my car I will be unable to get my car until next year and I bet that they will charge me a storage fee. If I can not get my POV on Monday I will be filing a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau and a ICE complaint
