  I've been using the services of Falls Run for years and they have always been professional and affordable. Marta is amazing and very caring. She treated my father like family and he loved just going to pay his bill every month in person just to visit with her. I can't say enough about how wonderful she is.

  Just wanted to say thank you to Falls Run Self Storage. I've been doing business with this storage facility for over 12 years now. Renting storage units and uhaul trucks. Manager allows me to use parking lot to load my shipping containers to ship to Africa. The manager is awesome, nice,friendly,helpful and very professional. I highly recommend this location. If it was possible to give this manager and location a ten star I would. To bad google only allows 5 stars. Thank you for doing a great job. God Bless!

  The most rasict business I ever been to in this area..Fyi, black people are allowed to rent uhauls, black people are allowed to park there cars in the parking lot..The Karen heading up this business is very rasicist and belligerent.I rented a U-Haul from this location and she practically accused me of going to steal the truck.When I explained to her I'm leaving my vehicle here, she said I can't park there, unless she approves my parking.and I explained to her I can't drive two vehicles. Most people rent a vehicle and they park there's. She gave me the hardest time and even told me she needed me to tell her where I was going before she would rent me a truck.i explained to her all my info and address's is on my reservation and it also matches my license I gave her..She still refused to rent me my truck..She said it was policy to ask the customer were they were going are she couldn't rent the truck..wow..I have rented uhauls for over 5 years and I have never been treated this savagely..I will never do business with this place again.

  We are very sorry you feel this way. Our manager, who is a minority, has been with us for almost 22 years and has never been accused of this. She always does her job correctly and stands behind company policy. We are a U-Haul dealer and ask that if you have an issue with how U-Haul is run and their polices that you speak to U-Haul Corporate. If it is a storage unit issue we would gladly help but from our records you are not a storage tenant past or present. To make a serious, horrible falsified accusation about a person just because they follow company policy is unethical and calls for slander. Our Manager never refused to rent you the truck. Our property is privately owned and we currently rent upstairs to a Tattoo Shop therefore the parking lot is shared between quite a bit of people. This is why it is very important that we ask if a customer’s vehicle needs to be left here so we can let the customer know where to park it. Again, we are very sorry you feel this way but know Falls Run Self Storage and our employees would never discriminate. We wish you all the best.
