  I had an order that was made and set to be delivered on November 18. I put in my original purchase a note that delivery needed to be after 4, due to no one available to accept the delivery. When the company called me 24 hours before to tell me my delivery window, I was told 2-6. I reminded them of the order request to have it after 4 due to no one being there to accept and sign. I was told that it was just a request and doesn't need to be honored. I said that no one will be home so it'll have to be a later time for a signature. I was told to "just find a neighbor". I'm new to my neighborhood and don't really know my neighbors, plus, most people work at 2pm on a Thursday. I had my spouse call back and he talked to Beth who said she'd try to ensure that the delivery be one of the last ones, between 4-6 but that's the latest she can go. That would be perfect. I get a call on Thursday at 2pm that they are arriving in 15 minutes. I informed the driver that Beth said I'd be 4-6 since I'm not available until after 4. He hung up then the office called and left me a voicemail that they'd be there by 2:45 or we'd have to reschedule. I got another voicemail at 3 saying they were there and waiting, but had to leave so I'll have to call and reschedule. I don't understand what they didn't comprehend about the statement NO ONE WILL BE AVAILABLE UNTIL AFTER 4. I called and completely cancelled my order and will go with another store and company because this was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. How can you expect working class people be home between 2-4 on a weekday, and then not even be open Friday-Saturday? Ridiculous!

  Laura, we're sorry for the scheduling challenges with your delivery. Our contract with seller of the items you purchased requires a 4 hour delivery window. We try to accommodate special requests, but with many of our crews handling upwards of 15 furniture and appliance deliveries on their route each day as well as the fact that they may be running ahead or behind schedule on their route. Please call our office so we can try and reschedule.

  Worst delivery company ever. I will NEVER order from anyone that will use them to make my delivery. I am missing a piece from my delivery that they made over a week ago. I keep calling and keep getting told they are looking for it. This should NOT take a week to find. Because of their incompetence and not caring about people I will have to put my contractors on hold and as busy as they are I might be sitting for months waiting to get back into my kitchen.

  They don't wear masks. "We didn't even bring mask." How you going to go into someone else's house during a pandemic and say "We didn't even bring mask." Walmart is down the street. Go get one.
