  People were great and very helpful when I picked up my shipment. But the reason I had to pick it up is because they tried to deliver the shipment 3 times without a lift gate truck. And it was already 3 days late. You would think after the second time they would figure it out!!

  The woman that answered the phone was an absolutely rude unprofessional witch. She was provoking me in order to irritate me and escalate the situation. First of all they should have just left the package at the door like all other fedex packages. There was not a signature required so it doesn't make sense for them not to do that. If there is a requirement to make an appointment to have the package delivered then I should have been told this when I ordered the item. I have hated fedex for years and prefer to use ups or usps but unfortunately I as the paying customer do not get a choice in that when having items delivered. I will also be reporting the bad customer service I recieved today to the better business bureau. I really wish I had been told her name when she answered the phone so I could include it in my complaint but she did not give it to me.

  I didn't have a clue where to go when I got there. The front door was locked but a sign with a number to call was there. Didn't take too long after that to get everything loaded. I appreciated the extra help taking the tank off of the pallets, and disposing of the trash.Thanks
