This facility is absolutely worthless, no one picks up the phone to schedule a delivery. For 4 hours I have been trying to get through to the belmont nh location and all 20 employees that I have spoken to have refused to do anything to help other then "transfer" me to someone else.

Paid extra for priority delivery and due to truck arriving 20 minutes late the delivery truck left without my load...my perishable product will now sit in a trailer over the weekend for possible delivery on Monday...no options...just lots of excuses..."12 trailers in yard, perishable plants, products on dry ice.... "feel free to make a claim" Lets all help them during this troublesome time and ship our freight with somebody else...XPO, ADuie Pyle, UPS
