Truly awful experience here. Avoid pickups if you can. Customer service is terrible. I’m sitting in my ride in their parking lot to pickup my package that they delayed for almost a week. Twice I drive from glenwood springs only to have them tell me it wasn’t ready for pickup - and that’s after they called and told me to come get my package. Now I’m sitting here behind another guy waiting and I’ve been here for over an hour. I honestly can’t believe this could be such a terrible experience.
