Fed Ex continually puts packages inside the fence after being informed and instructed not to do so several times. Each time the dogs rips up the package and what it is in it. Fed Ex has yet to take responsibility for their lack of cooperation on this issue.

I am fed up with FedEx NOT delivering my packages to the right address. The last 3 packages that I have gotten were delivered by the people that FedEx delivered MY packages to. Their employees need to learn how to read! Or at least put the right address in their gps or whatever they use. I tried to call and file a complaint in hopes that the company will get it together but instead I was stuck on hold for almost an hour. This is ridiculous! I will definitely be using UPS from now on.

They left a 55 pound bag of dog food at my mailbox in the street, then 2 days later left my baby rocker and another big box from walmart, at my mailbox, my mailbox is a 20 minute walk from my house and I'm 8 months pregnant I'm extremely mad because anyone could have just stopped their car grabbed my items and drove off and I would have been out over 200$ dollar with no way to get my stuff back! Who ever has been delivering to my place is being lazy not wanting to deliver to my front door like instructed, and no one ever answers the phone!.
