This facility has repeatedly failed to deliver packages in a timely manner. One of my packages even had priority shipping that I purchased and they sat on the package. I ended up driving there to pick it up. Terrible service

I ordered the item I looked at the tracking and it said delivered to my house. I was confused because no one came to my door. I called FedEx and they told me someone named Bryant sign for it? So they delivered my package to another house. And they’re not doing anything about it. They just told me they were opening up a case. I already saw the case and they’re not doing anything about it. Im never using FedEx again. Also we had problems with them in the past saying they tried to deliver A package and no one answered the door. I have cameras on my house no one ever came. If there is a 0 star I would be leaving a 0 star feedback.

I had a package delivered today. I have specific instructions for delivery due to the area I live. I've had 3 packages stolen, I've spoken to all delivery companies that deliver to my address to never leave a package at my front door. The delivery guy knocked on my door, placed my package on the ground, then started walking off. I got my front door open in time, and asked the delivery guy to not just leave packages because my packages have been stolen before, he says, "That's why I knocked on the door!" That's not the point. Start reading delivery instructions and try being professional.
