My package has been delayed 5 times because apparently the driver didn’t have the gate code. I was never contacted to give them the info. But as Fedx delivers here frequently then they should’ve already had the code. When ordering merchandise online there isn’t an option of who delivers a package so it is assumed the driver or facility would be responsible for getting that information.
