  Had a scheduled appointment for a sales rep to come to my house. He never showed up. Never received a phone call from sales rep or company indicating why the no show.

  When they break your stuff, they don't warranty their service or repair. The insurance is a joke. Terry Stewart didn't stand behind what he sold.
